What counts as a "verification"?
One API request where a user's passport is checked and an age result is returned. Failed reads (NFC timeouts, unsupported documents) are not counted.
Do you handle EU-specific requirements (DSA, GDPR)?
Yes. Every plan includes a standard DPA. Because Identified only processes encrypted data, it's short and clear. Enterprise customers receive a custom agreement.
Is there a fair-use cap on verification volume?
No fair-use cap. Paid plans include a monthly quota and a flat per-verification overage price. Growth overage is €0.05 per verification.
What happens if my usage exceeds the plan quota?
We send notifications at 80%, 90% and 95% of your quota so there are no surprises. Overage is billed monthly at the plan's per-verification rate.
