How Identified handles data — or more accurately, how it doesn't.
What we collect
When you use the Identified verification service, our server processes encrypted ciphertext and a pseudonymous session identifier. We log request timestamps and payload sizes for operational monitoring. We do not and cannot extract personal data from the ciphertext.
What we never see
We never receive, store, or process: names, dates of birth, nationality, document numbers, photographs, biometric data, or any other personally identifiable information. The age verification is performed on encrypted data — our server cannot decrypt it.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to maintain your login state if you have an account. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare for DNS and DDoS protection. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since Identified does not store personal data from the verification process, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. For account-related data (email, password hash), contact us at the address below.
