The terms that govern your use of Identified.
The service
Identified is an age verification service that provides a cryptographic verification that a person meets a minimum age threshold, without processing or storing their personal data.
Acceptable use
You may use Identified for lawful age verification purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the cryptographic protocol, abuse the API to extract personal data, or use the service for any purpose other than age verification.
Limitation of liability
Identified is provided as-is. While we strive for high availability and correctness, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual property
The Identified name, logo, software, and cryptographic protocol are the intellectual property of Identified. Your use of the service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded pro-rata.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam.
